Thanks for purchasing! This unique product allows you to improve the accuracy and drop the noise level of your 1377 or 1322 air pistol. It also improves reliability by replacing the infamous roll pin with a solid tool steel pin. Please read the following to guide you in the installation of your new parts.
I recommend cleaning your barrel to begin. Once your barrel is clean, open your pump. Using a punch and hammer, drive out the roll pin. Remove the front sight and set it aside for the next step.
Now it is time to modify the front sight assembly. Using a hacksaw, cut the front sight portion off of the lower portion. It should look like this:
Discard the front sight portion and keep the lower half. Next, you'll need to trim the end of your pump handle so it will clear the body of the LDC. Cut along the indicated red line:
Install the lower portion of the front sight assembly and insert the pivot pin. If the pivot pin won't install, you may have to chase out the holes in the pump tube with a 3/16" drill bit. I recommend placing some paper towel in between the pump and the pivot holes before drilling. Remove the paper towel after drilling, this will prevent any debris from entering the pump. Be sure the pivot pin doesn't extend outside of the pump tube on either side:
Install the LDC by seating it until it stops, making sure that you line everything up with the slot in the pump tube. Once everything is lined up, tighten the set screw on top of the LDC. Do not overtighten!
Your LDC and pump pivot upgrade are now installed! You can sight in your 13XX at this point and enjoy quiet, accurate shooting. If you are using the shoulder stock, try flipping the sight blade upside down. This will give you a peep sight. Often, you can achieve better accuracy in this way.
